Refund policy

At Glaira, we want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we offer a fair return and cancellation process while ensuring the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.


1. 14-Day Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • Unworn with zero signs of use
  • In the original full packaging exactly as received
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

Our team will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable.


3. Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn glasses
  • Items missing any original packaging parts
  • Scratched or damaged frames or lenses
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Sale or clearance items (if specified at purchase)


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once the order has been processed, packed, or handed over to our fulfillment team, it can no longer be canceled and will follow the return policy.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement when applicable.
